The Add ToDo option can help you automate the process of assigning ToDos. Using workflows, it is possible to assign several tasks at once, to choose to whom they should be assigned, and to set this process to go on its own.
To add a ToDo into a workflow, click the Add step button.
Then choose the Add ToDo option.
In this form you can add the ToDo text, specify to whom it will be assigned and add it into an existing list, if it is necessary. It is also possible to use variables in order to customize your ToDos.
After filling in this form click the Save button so that the step will appear in the workflow.
When you finish adding the workflow steps, press the Publish button. After that the workflow will automatically assign the tasks to the specified user.
