There are different options for sorting and prioritizing your tasks. It is possible to add Filters, Lists, Views, Pages, etc., so that the tasks will be sorted by different categories. Yes, there is a free plan that you can use, the only limitation is that it’s possible to have only up to 10 open ToDos. If you need to create more ToDos you may need to upgrade to a paid option.

The free plan allows you to have only 10 open ToDos at the same time. In order to be able to create unlimited ToDos, you need to move to one of the paid plans. In the “up to 5 people” and “up to 20 people” plans you can choose the 5 or 20 people, who will be able to use the unlimited open ToDos. In the “Unlimited Users” version there is no need to set up the users with the access to unlimited ToDos, as all of them will be able to use this option.

ToDoBot is open to anyone with an open Slack account belonging to your Slack workspace. It is also possible for users of shared channels, who don’t belong to your workspace, to view the ToDos posted in the specified channel.

At ToDoBot we deeply care about the security of our user’s data. We follow the OWASP best practices, encrypt data at-rest and in transit, take regular audits and don’t store anything that we don’t need for ToDoBot operation.
